    • Designed and built a custom CRM on Frappe after evaluating the off-the-shelf product as insufficiently customizable; shipped v1.0 to production on Frappe Cloud with GitHub Actions test coverage.
    • Sequenced ERP before e-commerce so internal workflow changes could be corrected without touching the customer-facing path; chose Frappe (ERP) and Vendure (commerce) over Dynamics 365, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and Medusa.js.
    • Refactored API/GraphQL and CPQ workflows while documenting system behavior to improve traceability and support developer handoff.

    • Created TrackIT (FastAPI, Supabase) inventory system with admin controls and notifications for laptops, projectors, DYMO printers and consumables; adopted by 17 staff.
    • Developed CFM (React, Supabase) with realtime updates, kiosk mode, notes, and employer search; scaled for 210+ employers and 750–800 reps, cutting check-in from 1.5–2 min to 30–40 sec.
    • Built EPI (React, TypeScript, Supabase, Recharts) employer-engagement dashboard with tiered scoring, fuzzy matching (Jaro-Winkler), and automated scorecards across 700+ employers.
